The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven hob, water - cooler/washing machine and everything you need during your stay.

The living area has a leather suite, CD player, satellite TV and separate WC.

The first floor has two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room and satellite TV). There are two twin bedrooms (one with satellite TV). There is also a bathroom with shower/bath & WC.

Outside there is a barbeque/patio table and chairs/sun beds with lawn area and outside shower. There is a large patio area which leads to the 8 x 4 swimming pool (which can be heated in the winter at an extra charge). All linen and towels are supplied during you stay.

The quiet resort of Pernera is a 10-minute walk with Protaras a 5-minute drive.
