This new three bedroom non-smoking air-conditioned villa with a lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool is very close to the Protaras Water Park and only a five minute drive from the beautiful sandy bays of Pernera and Protaras. Within easy walking distance there are a number of shops and tavernas offering a good selection of food. The main high street of Protaras is only a short distance away.

The villa is built on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open plan air-conditioned sitting/dining room with kitchen area and downstairs cloakroom.

The sitting area has two comfortable sofas (can convert one to a sofa bed), two chairs, coffee tables, table lamps, television, DVD and CD player. There is a dining table and six chairs.

In the well equipped kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker and hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board.

Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one king size master bedroom with an en suite shower room, one double bedded room and one twin bedded room. A fold up bed can be provided at an extra charge. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes.

There is also a family bathroom with bath, washbasin and w.c. Linen is provided including pool/beach towels.

Surrounding the pool area there is a large terrace with sun loungers and mobile barbeque. A large pagoda offers shade where one can sit comfortably at the garden table and chairs.
