Cyprus Letting Referral

We regularly receive enquiries regarding property rentals, and, as we now have a number of clients who have purchased property purely as an investment with a view to renting, we are offering a Letting Referral Service.

The way we operate this service is to match an enquiry to available property in our rental portfolio. We will then send the details of the property, along with the rental tariffs set by the owner, to the enquirer. If they wish to proceed with a let we will then forward the contact details of the owner to the enquirer and details of the inquirer to the property owner, in order that they may then complete the let contract.

We are happy to collect rental tariffs, pay them into the owner’s local bank account and pass on keys on the owner’s behalf if they require.

We appreciate that we may also have clients who have no interest in letting their property, and, where this is the case, we would not include their property in the rental portfolio.
